Product overview:
1. QSC series "three in one" reducer integrates reducer, motor and brake. It has the characteristics of vertical output with motor shaft, compact structure, large torque transmission, stable operation, low noise and long service life.
2. LGC series clutch roller table "three in one" reducer is the latest patented product developed by our company on the basis of QSC series "three in one" reducer. It is mainly used in roller conveyor lines which require one-way transmission torque and continuous operation. The overrun clutch device of output shaft can ensure the output shaft to rotate passively when the reducer fails, without affecting the work of the conveyor line.
3. QSC series reducer is a new type of patent product developed by our company. It is mainly used in the operation mechanism of gantry crane and other transmission mechanisms with requirements for installation space limitation.
4. The gear and gear shaft of the reducer are made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel. After carburizing, quenching and grinding, the hardness and accuracy of the tooth surface are high, and the transmission noise is low.
5. The range of "QSC" reduction ratio of "LGC" series is 1:22. Special orders are required for those beyond the range of standard nominal reduction ratio.
6. Simple installation and diversified types. The main installation types include torque support hole installation, base type installation and output shaft flange installation according to user requirements.
7. Various output forms of output shaft. It mainly has hollow spline shaft output, hollow flat key shaft and hollow shaft with locking plate output can also be made according to user requirements.
